Took my dog for a walk tonite and ended up walking for AN HOUR and having a CIVIL conversation with someone that had different political views than mine. There can be growth in listening to different views. Let’s keep things civil and keep growing, America!😍💪🏾🔥

PE firms latch onto health care orgs, strip resources, cash out, & leave behind hollowed-out shells. But @SenWarren & @SenMarkey want stricter rules. Is this the start of a federal pushback against PE? https://t.co/UuaVWtjx9Q @TheIHI @PEstakeholder #PEoutofEM

Truly unacceptable. In past 3 years, we have taken more steps backwards in policies that took decades to place into legislation.

NEW in @NEJM. “As a profession, we must take a principled stance against regressive policies, because turning a blind eye to the biases & discrimination that have limited opportunities & health for Black and other marginalized Americans is unacceptable.” https://t.co/13QT65QUFl

Appreciate the opportunity to speak on ‼️next steps‼️ to preserve the racial and ethnic diversity of our physician workforce. Fantastic insights from co-panelists on historical context for affirmative action, and the dangerous precedent this ruling sets. https://t.co/BBTvyrnYlg

Equity work often gets siloed, and many leaders in racial equity face burnout, vicarious trauma, and lack of career advancement despite the extra roles they play. A few weeks ago we centered around community to build a therapeutic space for healing. 🤝❤️‍🩹 https://t.co/BSzwkn6OPQ
