It took SIX DAYS for @Airbnb to finally reach out (out trip was over by then), only to say the host refused to refund us or solve the issue.

We booked another @Airbnb, still hoping they’d make things right.

With no other choice, we had to book a hotel to get through the night, waiting for @Airbnb to step up. 24 hours later, still nothing. No help, no solution, no compensation. We were left scrambling, paying out of pocket for a hotel.

Right away, we contacted @Airbnb support, sent them photos of the mess. Their response? “Talk to the host.” But the host? Vanished. Completely ignored us. No reply, and even now, they haven’t responded to a single message.

How can a place like this even make it on @Airbnb, a platform that’s supposed to care about comfort and safety!

The bathroom? A disaster. Mold, dirt everywhere, and it was so cramped that even an average person could barely move, let alone someone with accessibility needs. It was impossible for my mom to use. Talk about claustrophobic
