Finally, @premierinn I asked what would customer service girl do in my shoes? She said that she wasn’t in my shoes and the case was closed, and I will not be getting my money back. We’ll see about that… She needs to look up Customer Service and Guest Relations in a dictionary.

Jesus! @premierinn ALWAYS been treated great by the hotel staff. 1 of UK’s great brands. BUT I have just been charged £400 for a booking I never received a confirmation for AND spent 2 hours trying to cancel. Small claims here we go. Grrr. Customer service SO rude. .

…too. I had a massive plate of unseasoned polenta and dry chicken. Just been told off for ordering 2 drinks at once. I am 2 hours into a back breaking 12 hour leg to Hong Kong @cathaypacific God I have 3 more legs of this journey. Help me. BA economy is far more comfortable.

…Seat is so short that the headrest is in my BACK with no head support at all. And the remote doesn’t work, despite mentioning it several times, it is still stuck in the seat two hours into the flight. It’s stiflingly hot too. @cathaypacific were supposed to have superior food. .

Right. The lovely people from Wines of Victoria sent me premium economy to Oz as they know I’m quite a unit. Word to the wise.the prem economy seat on @cathaypacific A350-900 is so small and short that I can’t sit straight and seat so shallow, I can’t open the table on my lap….
