in the vibe coding era a lot of people are forget these truths. itās hard to understand for vibe coding but when your app breaks and you have no idea why thatās when reality hits. take some time to understand and ChatGPT the details. youāll learn and build better products.
"Fundamental" truths about software:. - Code is liability. - The more code you have, the more bugs you tend to have. - The more complex a system, the more important architecture becomes. - Writing maintainable code is a lot more effort than just getting it to work.

4. Don't start with two environments straight away. Start with only prod & keep it simple. As the app grows, you will need two environments to keep iterating with disrupting existing users. @PawelHuryn's recent post covers good ways to do this.

3. @cursor_ai is excellent to make your backend really make it robust. It is better to do this down the line so you focus on getting users and validating your idea.

2. MVP should include look, feel, speed and quality - even it if not fully sanded down. Lovable can help you go a long way now, especially with Agents. @felixhhaas's most recent post is an excellent primer. Alternatives are Claude or @ChatGPTapp in that order.

my learnings from building and growing it to over 90k users in 108 countries using lovable and cursor over the last 10 months . 1. MVP with @lovable_dev will help you pivot quickly to solve a problems that stick - don't use cursor yet.

got this exact feedback again from new user today. was chatting about something else and she said I just want to know what to wear and what to carry . avg 1-3 mins every day from when you are 16 till when you die - pretty big daily friction point.
more and more people find it weird that their weather app gives so much information but all they are looking for is āshould I carry an umbrella or raincoat todayā . definitely not needed today

the only place where you can find books about manufacturing or supply chain in any eu country book store or Indian book store is the academic section - those 1000+ page text books . great stories are seldom captured - some excellent stories are captured in @AcquiredFM.
The business section in American book stores is full of books about marketing and finance with no books about manufacturing or supply chain.
