Just Released! "The Micro Anatomy of Macro Consumption Adjustments" by @rafaguntin, Pablo Ottonello and Diego Perez. Using micro level data they find that rich households significantly adjust consumption on crises, suggesting that there is an adjustment on their permanent income.
