The best players I've coached aren't usually the most talented. They're the ones who play consistently, ask the right questions, and actually implement feedback. "Hard work beats talent that doesn't work hard.".

6. The Rule of 2. @MeninoJardim taught me this rule a while back. Basically when constructing a perfect team, we need to ensure 2 checks into each of the top metagame Pokemon. An example is a team that has 2 checks for:.- Shadow Rider.- Zamazenta.- Miraidon.- Ice Rider.-.

5. Start with 252/252. EVs come last. Everyone wants to be an EV master but that is simply not the skill to focus on if you want to win tournaments. It is true that EVs can make a Pokemon feel completely diffferent depending on its allocation, but the amount of time players.

2. Start with offense. Defense is easy to come by. Offense is the focal point of any match. In order to play this game, your team needs to be capible of landing blows. If you focus on defense first, your offensive tools may fall short. Defensive cores are good but should only.
