More official post, incredibly happy I was able to get the win and defend Portland, means the world that I was able to defend the title! Big props to all my opponents, every round felt competitive and I had to work hard in every set I played, especially in day 2.

Had an amazing time in Japan. Even though the trip was short, competing with the best in the game while spending time in Japan with friends is what I cherish so much about playing Pokémon :) thank you to all the Japanese players for being so welcoming to us while there!

Our plane is grounded because of a thunderstorm at JFK for an indefinite amount of time, we can't leave the runway because we are in the middle of a ton of planes and someone messed up the bathroom so bad the cabin smells horrible, it's cooked 😭.

Incredibly excited to be attending the big grassroots tournament in Japan in a week, I loved my trip last time and getting the opportunity to meet local players there and compete in a very different field will be so much fun!.
