"Fast Block Dissemination with Immediate Guarantees" Our implementation of the ZODA Hadamard variant (written by @cronokirby) is available now: https://t.co/88cuPeKwD3

You can come to consensus over a mere fingerprint of the block—a hash for example—but doing anything interesting with that fingerprint, like processing transactions or updating state, requires...

"Once a Validator, Not Always a Validator" (@commonwarexyz's consensus-agnostic approach to reconfiguration and resharing with @vex_0x) https://t.co/QLRk1X3EZE

Many consensus protocols, from Tendermint and HotStuff to our own Minimmit, are defined under a permissioned model where the validator set is fixed and known ahead of time. Safely transitioning from...

Worth taking a look at https://t.co/uDmvjklNt3. The rust OPStack is really an awesome suite of software. It has awesome docs and feature parity with the go stack. The architecture has been revamped from the ground up for Rust. So many good things to come. Shoutout to

Presenting Minimmit: a ~17% reduction in state-of-the-art transaction latency (for "two-phase" consensus under partial synchrony) TL;DR if you want fast and distributed tx confirmation (under 5f+1<=n), you want Minimmit 🏎️

I’m stepping away from my role at @OPLabsPBC. Very grateful for the opportunity to have been a small part of what the OP Stack has become over the last 3 years, and I’m excited to see where the community takes it from here 😄

Sharing results from last week’s mega-devnet: Sunnyside Labs had run the largest PeerDAS devnet in the history in joint with @ethPandaOps and @base last week. Want to know what we discovered? A thread 🧵 https://t.co/M3iYG7Mf37
The largest Fusaka devnet is now being geared up! @testinprod_io and @base, who have been putting efforts to L2 scaling by contributing PeerDAS as a part of @Optimism Collective, are now teaming up with @ethPandaOps to run the biggest devnet in the history.

Also unsure which specific benchmark they're referencing in the blake3 repo, but seems like multi-threading is enabled. The docs ( https://t.co/5xmOUJj1Cy) say that this is usually much slower on a <128KiB input.

https://t.co/1zRcjdAUBz Very likely that the 1kb benchmark hits the sweet spot of using the `sha_ni` instructions on amd64 for sha2, whereas the setup overhead for setting up the `sha_ni` instructions on the 64b input holds it back in comparison to blake3's avx usage.

Over the past few months, I've been building the kona-node along with my teammates on the Rust Team at @OPLabsPBC. Today, we are excited to officially release the first major version of the kona-node: an L2 consensus node also called a rollup node. https://t.co/flQrNiVGY0

Today marks a thrilling milestone for the OP Stack ecosystem: the first public release of kona-node, our modular, high-performance rollup node built entirely in Rust.

Claude's sub-agents are powerful but statically defined and hard to share across users. (See @AnthropicAI's release: https://t.co/kVfnlzIaY6) Over the past 24 hours, and 60M+ tokens put through Claude agents, I built CARP: a minimal registry portal to easily share & discover
