If anyone else was curious, it looks like the active ingredient in that spray is "carragelose," which is a brand name for iota-carrageenan. This is also what I've been using for the last year or so. It's easy to find internationally!

I really appreciate that Vitalik shares this stuff + models reasonable mitigations for the Ethereum community. A healthy community is a strong community!
@pbrody My stack: 1. CO2+AQI meter 2. nasal barrier spray 3. mask (for high-density situations) 4. screw-on to turn any water bottle into a nasal irrigator Though ideally we don't need to do any of this and we can just have buildings with natively much better ventilation+filtration
