Zangief can now combo from a trade with the opponents buttons with the first hit of his EX-Lariat. This used to let the opponent continue their combo, now Zangief gets the combo instead. More combo variations in my youtube short:

Chun Li can whiffpunish this with shp, and walkup cmk(after whiff) It has an amazing hitbox/hurtbox so that it does not lose to buttons on startup/while active, but after whiff a character like Chun Li has no issue whiffpunishing it.

The chp buff allows us to combo in to level1 to kill when we get perfect parry. Does slightly more damage than EX-SPD. Can also do bigger routes for more damage. EX-SPD = 1955 dmg.chp dr fmk dfmp level 1 = 2216 dmg.chp dr cmp dr dfmp dfmp level 1 =2448

I found a OKI route when landing Zangief SA2. It deals 700less dmg than the air spd, but carries corner and gives oki at the cost of 2 more bars. Can prob be optimized(lariat needs to hit high and latefor the oki here)

Reposting this because the information I provided was wrong. With the fhp being +7 instead of +6, after a +27knockdown(close cancle to lariat or smp target combo) drive rush fhp will combo in to itself, and on block it will beat reversal 4frame.
