for the FIRST TIME since Legend rank release, no players within EU were able to get Legend at the end of the phase. (those 3 guys at the top are japanese players that use different flags). How should Capcom change the way Legend rank works?

Holy shit I finally made a banger tweet.
Went to a ComicCon in 2013 and saw someone in Ryu cosplay was on a 98 win streak at an ST arcade cab. My turn came as he hit 99 wins. I pretended I’d never played SF and asked what the controls were. Mirrored him with Ryu and double perfected him. I then asked “Is it over?”.

I actually main Vega in ST and I’m terrible but this guy was in full Ryu cosplay and maining Ryu. He had a swagger and I just couldn’t resist. I have accepted my fate in the Netherrealm.

There’s only 1 frame of leniency to input wakeup DP in ST. Or 3 frames if you triple plink it. But he couldn’t. Get the knockdown and prosper.

Maybe I am. Anyway you’re probably wondering how do you double perfect the guy who’s got 99 wins a row? . Well I was watching his 99th match and realised he couldn’t block cross ups and also couldn’t wake up DP . I knew it was over.
