My cake was a bit of a disaster 😂 I forgot to put the sugar in, only found out when I tasted the mix. So I added it but I must have over mixed it my cakes are now a bit, well, flat 😂😂 nothing a bit of custard won’t disguise.

Baking day today. I plan to make a Victoria sponge ( it’s my favourite and I’m trying to perfect it) and dough for my gingerbread Xmas trees, that needs to be chilled until tomorrow. I’m going to attempt a treacle tart tomorrow as I forgot to take the pastry out of the freezer.
