Donna Sumer - I Feel Love (1977). Live version of the disco masterpiece. That swirling, hypnotic bassline is still sublime! Co-written & produced by Giorgio Moroder, the song hit the top of the charts in several countries including the UK, Australia, Belgium & the Netherlands.

Quartz feat. Dina Carroll - It's Too Late (1991). Excellent cover of the Carole King song, featuring the sumptuous lead vocals of Dina Carroll who does a magnificent job. This was also Dina's first hit single, climbing to #8 in the UK Singles Chart before her solo success.

Oasis - Stand By Me (#TOTP 1997). From their third album, Be Here Now, the song was extracted as the second single. Written by lead guitarist, Noel Gallagher, it peaked at #2 in the UK & Ireland & secured top 10 positions in Italy, Sweden, Spain, Norway, Finland & Iceland.

Kid Creole & The Coconuts - Stool Pigeon (1982). Featured on their third album, Tropical Gangsters, the song was lifted as the second single. Written & produced by August Darnell, the track hit the top 30 on the US Dance Club Play chart & went top 10 in the UK, peaking at #7.

Fat Larry's Band - Stubborn Kind of Fellow (1982). The funk band's cover version of the Marvin Gaye song. Included on their Breakin' Out album, the song was written by Marvin & William "Mickey" Stevenson and originally released in 1962.

Philip Bailey - I Know (1983). The debut solo single of an early member and one of two lead singers of legendary group Earth, Wind & Fire. Written by Gerard McMahon & produced by George Duke, the track was released on the Columbia Records label & became a top 10 R&B hit. #Legend
