I don't know if it's the restaurant, the delivery guy or @Swiggy who is behind this fraud. And this surely isn't the kind of experience one expects. Please check my complaints and rating to confirm.

and you are saying that your "appropriate teams" have confirmed after 10 days that everything was delivered. My delivery was by delivery boy named 'Avneet' and when I called him to check, he said he was given just 1 packet by the restaurant @MyHaldirams

After 10 days of delay, this is the reply I get from @Swiggy @SwiggyCares for delivering less than half of my order worth Rs 3,000. My complaint was within 10 mins of delivery that 2/3rd items are missing .

I ordered food worth Rs 2,868 yesterday on @Swiggy. What was delivered to us was not even with Rs 1,000 with over 2/3rd items missing. After multiple complaints on chat, I am yet to get a call from their executive. This is obnoxious behaviour and customer care. @harshamjty
