Hey @JioCare @JioFiberChennai - It's been Day 4 without internet and still no real updates on when it'll be fixed. Support keeps saying it's a 'technical issue' and promising it'll be resolved 'within 24 hours' - but that was 4 days ago. This is unacceptable service.

In Chennai, it will take at-least an year to get back the road to functioning state and still it wont be back like the original clean state. The next year it will break again.
