Since Jason Kenney is a member of the Board of Directors for competitor, Postmedia, are we really expected to think this is an objective opinion?
I’m not a Hegseth fan, but this is a grotesque example of what has become of the BBC. Impossible to believe this was done in anything but bad faith by BBC leftists.

The Alberta Medical Association with a rebuttal to Danielle Smith blaming them for triage doc delays. AMA says they aren't responsible for the delay, claiming confusion amongst govt ministries about processes tied to the TLP positions is the culprit.
Premier Danielle Smith suggests that the delay in adding new triage ER doctors falls at the feet of the Alberta Medical Association.

To be absolutely clear, the vast majority of "social programs" are not available to non-permanent residents. Further, that 600,000 number is total population growth and includes all demographics, not just non-permanent residents. But why let facts get in the way of a good

The math doesn't lie. Danielle Smith spent $17 million on "Alberta is Calling" to recruit new residents. But spent $0 on the infrastructure to support them. Now that the bills are due and the services are failing, she’s pointing the finger at the very people she invited. #ableg

Wait!! This isn’t just an Alberta problem?
.@JamesTalarico: Can you name a school where it has been confirmed that students are using litter boxes? Republican: W-well… This bill prevents that from happening Talarico: Can you name a school where that’s happening? Republican: N-no I cannot Talarico: I find it

@Archaeologuy @intell59 Trudeau added $150B of national debt in 10 years WITH a pandemic and a recession. Smith added $138B of provincial debt in 3 years of record oil prices and profits. And with a new pipeline coming online. The Albertans who still bitch about Trudeau are the dummest shits alive.

Poilievre and his wife regularly speak about her family’s experience of coming to Canada, sometimes identifying as refugees, sometimes not. Yet he frames newcomers including asylum-seekers, as a drain on Canada’s resources. Poilievre takes more from Canada than he contributes.
BREAKING: Conservatives will introduce a motion tomorrow to cut back deluxe benefits for fake refugees and deport non-citizens and foreign nationals who do crime. Time to take care of our health care, our taxpayers, our safety, and our country: https://t.co/l9HFfGqXhs

If only there was some clear way these “misunderstood” UCP MLAs could declare their opposition to separatism to their constituents, to the premier and to Albertans… https://t.co/OaUrdx27Wf

UCP call pledge ‘cheap political stunt’
A UCP MLA and the Alberta Republicans are at odds over a list labelling more than a dozen government members separatists. As Sean Amato reports, it’s being likened to ‘adolescents scribbling down phone numbers on gas station bathroom cubicles.’ #ableg

Minister of Municipal Affairs, in Washington. One can only assume he’s lost… Both literally and metaphorically.
Today, I am in Washington, D.C., building relationships. Since the founding of our country and the establishment of our great province, we have worked to build strong cross-border partnerships with our neighbour to the south. Those relationships are even more important in times

With respect, Premier, we are not talking about what flavour of ice cream your colleagues prefer. There's not much more fundamental to governing than the issue of separatism. To be indifferent to caucus positions on this is a dereliction of duty.

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says members of her caucus can sign whatever petitions they want to, including one pushing for a referendum on the province’s independence from Canada.

It’s a toss up whether Jason Kenney is more odious with just the audio, or with the audio off and closed-captioning on. A rare gift. The CPC convention is in town, he smells blood in the water, and is desperate for PP’s job.
Jason Kenney: "[Jeffrey Rath] is a clown and a carny barker and thrives on conflict ... the idea that turning into a landlocked statelet with no argument, no legal power to build coastal pipelines or expand our export infrastructure, would be I think economically suicidal."

Meanwhile, as we watch Alberta’s health & education systems collapse, remember that is was this Jason Kenney who casually threw away $1.5B of Albertan’s money by betting on Trump’s 2020 reelection. #ableg
