Pennsylvania has nearly one million adult vapers. The vast majority of these adults use products that will be banned under this bill. Filing an application alone isn't enough. Even those products pending at FDA for 1-5 years will be sent to the illicit market.
Most interesting item? Some committee movement on a bill to ban the sale of e-cigarettes in the commonwealth whose manufacturers have not applied for or been approved by the FDA (if I read this bill correctly.) https://t.co/DBTVfgwocC
