And we are STILL waiting for a response (or even acknowledgement of our situation) from @WestJet Online chat = no options, phone = no answer… and we’re out $2500 plus the original cost of our trip. As loyal WestJet customers, we could not be more disappointed or frustrated.
The @WestJet strike stranded us in Vegas with no option to return within 48 hours (or since for the record). Submitted a claim for compensation for out-of-pocket expenses to fly home and heard nothing. Any similar situations out there seen success with a claim? #westjetstrike

For the second time since March a government news conference has me in tears. I get it. And I expected much of this. But still. Thoughts are with everyone; be it our nurses, doctors, restaurants, other small businesses, teachers, kids....everyone right now.
