I do definitely believe there's a level of overreaction in regards to the 9.3.0 PTB. It's not the worst thing ever and it does have a lot of things that are well intentioned, but the failure of this PTB highlights a completely different issue I don't think we're talking about
ok i think freaking out over this ptb is very silly. they have explicitly stated these are iterative TESTS. the last one was rolled back, this one will almost guaranteed be as well. it’s the reason they stress it’s a TEST. i don’t think it’s fair to fearmonger or panic over that

Walking back on eliminating Haste/Hindered stacking was a huge miss on BHVR's part. We could've had significantly more viable perks that can stand entirely on their own such as say 7% Batteries Included, 7% Rapid Brutality, 10% Unbound, etc if we weren't always stuck in this
