Aaand it's fixed~ Skeletal animation turned out to be more complex than I expected. I forgot to apply the root transform and also remove the code that rotated vertices from imported .gltf to fit Vulkan's coordinate system. #gamedev #indiedev #vulkan #noctuaryrl

Dynamic Snow System I'm making for #UnrealEngine5 , inspired by #DarkSouls2 (also known as Peak Souls). So far I ended up with Nanite Tesselation as a high end and POM as fallback for older devices (Virtual Height Mesh is a close second). Which method do you prefer? #techart
