How have we come to this??
We're two NHS consultants oncall 24/7 this weekend for the NHS. To allow this, we need my wife's Indian parents to look after our two beautiful dual-heritage girls. Currently deciding if it's safe for these two retired NHS GPs to travel to London, sad state of affairs #RacistsOut

Totally relieved2 hear this. Staff need2 feel valued & have good access2 support, have found this service absolutely invaluable in the offer of support we have 4 trainees. Was very worried2 hear the service may be withdrawn & extremely pleased2 hear this is not going2 be the case
I have heard the concerns of NHS staff in recent days. You deserve to have the right support. After meeting with @NHSuk this morning, I am pleased that this important service will be maintained for both existing and new patients.

Yet another proud mum moment- very lucky!
Our talented #dancers never cease to amaze us and the whole school dance show at @dancecity this month was no exception! 💃🏻❤️ Performers came from Y6 and above and the energy in the room was electric ⚡. Well done to every dancer, with special thanks to our fab dance teachers 👏🏻

I'm an A&E consultant and I'm tired after a weekend of nights. But this am, I've handed over what I described as a "good department". This was said genuinely and with no hint of irony. We provided great care and have very short waits to see an A&E doctor, but I'd forgotten how

Brilliant 2 days on the HECTOR course by @TraumaNorth so many things that I will implement & integrate into my practice thankyou. Would highly recommend to any ACP or AHP working in emergency care/elderly trauma/frailty & many more! And maybe some QI ideas @kirsty_lou_94 💡
