Alicja is a user researcher with a background spanning the healthcare and government sectors, as well as close to a decade of experience in brand management at Beiersdorf and Unilever.

The talk will tell a story of how Alicja fell out of love with marketing and retrained into user research. It will explore the similarities and differences between user research and market research, as well as examples of how to employ both disciplines.
