1. Trading systems are not static, they keep on evolving.

Understand behaviour of money as early as possible. Study top 100 richest people in the world and read about them as much possible and you will become pretty clear & inspired where & how to hunt for the treasure. I did this exercise in 2008, so suggesting by experience.

I too bought TATA Nexon all cash...wrote one cheque & done....it was a royal feeling.
Last year, bought our second home by paying full cash down. Be it my first bike, Bajaj Caliber or my next car I've promised my son for 2025, all 100% cash payments. No loan whatsoever.
