I have a solution to fix teacher shortages. We should make them spend their own money to "renew" teaching licenses. This will make them feel appreciated and increase retention. #ThankYouTeachers

Emily Stevens and Gabby Spagnuolo-Chawla are the two captains of Essex High School’s varsity girls basketball team. The team’s season began Dec. 10 and their next home game is Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m. against Burlington High School.
