@SUNY @CompleteCollege @Dr_Mullin @utdanacenter Treisman says that if you actually want to work with faculty, you can't focus on implementing a reform with fidelity. Instead, the key is to implement with *integrity*

New programs require that we work as a community and organize around student success. We also must ensure the integrity of mathematical content in our courses and pathways.

A positive experience in a math course might actually create a pathway. I'm working with students who would not have been in class before. It's hard to guess which students will do well in advance. We should be more skeptical about what students need to know to succeed.

I’m teaching the corequisite for freshman Calculus at UT Austin, and it’s a revelation. The corequisite movement has changed the profile of students who are able to succeed in substantive courses with mathematical integrity.

Participating in @theNASEM Data Science roundtable. Understanding that local employers seek employees with data savviness and that quantitative literacy and data acumen are becoming increasingly important at 4-year institutions.
