It’s been a long while since I’ve tweeted, for a range of reasons, but do yourselves a favour and tune into Glastonbury. Enjoyed Blondie and now Cat Stevens. Definitely says something about my age

#PrizesandAwards can change career trajectories, funding fortunes and influence profile. I crunched some data last night. I know many recipients of the #pmprizes and they’re all deserving and incredible contributors. But this tells the story so far. Discussion open 🛎

I’ve been through mental illness, homelessness, and poverty. The labels used by Goward aren’t new to me

The UK parliaments report on the covid response - published today - is damning about the governments failure to learn from other countries and the magnitude of its incompetence.

Excited that report of a Phase III trial of #Groups_4_Health has just been accepted for publication in British Journal of Psychiatry. Led by Tegan Cruwys, @uqchasla, @ja_rathbone et al., this compares G4H to CBT and shows it is more effective in treating loneliness over time 1/

A bit of news: I’ve just accepted a Lecturer position (a full-time teaching/research position) in the School of Psych at ANU. My teaching will likely be in stats and research methods. It’s good to finally get a bit of stability ☺️ 1/5
