If I take a sharpie and draw a line across the top of my lip will that make you feel more connected to me.
when someone tells me they are nonbinary while clearly expressing and performing a very socially accepted gender it just feels disconnected . only people who I feel are truly nonbinary are androgynous people and most of them still pick a gender.
