We built an ai agent that watches user sessions + emails users when they get stuck - hooked into posthog session replays - every session analyzed w/ gemini - agent detects friction + purchase hesitation - auto-sends the right nudge last week we sent 300 behavior-triggered emails

cursor’s debug mode makes debugging easier and faster, almost pleasant to do. once you work this way, it’s hard to go back.

the rise of solo founders points to a broader evolution in company creation, where speed, clarity, and individual conviction matter more than traditional team structures. and this shows up strongest in consumer for a reason. consumer ideas tend to be taste driven, slightly

i’m the kind of person who takes 100s of photos in one spot just to catch a clean moment without me blinking or strangers drifting into the frame. then a few days later, when i’m editing in Lightroom, i notice something tiny but annoying, like a crease on my shirt right under the

i’ve had dozens, maybe hundreds, of conversations with founders about growth, and the role is starting to feel like modern ARR definitions. the answers are about as consistent as today’s ARR math (it’s peak hour revenue times 24 times 365, right?). @gauravvohra1's point is the

i’d be ashamed to ship an update like this to customers. is this really something that warrants an entire email? what am i missing here? i assume there’s a legal reason behind it, but still, it’s wild that Google didn’t have anything else to fold into this update.

what a beautifully written piece about a very cool company! it captures the texture of how great teams actually work. no ego, no mythology, no performative genius. just a group of people building something ambitious with care, precision, and taste. highly recommend giving it a

I spent the last 60 days working at Cursor. It's been one of the most thrilling phases of my professional life. There's a lot of mystique around the company. Over the last two months, some things matched my expectations; many did not. I wrote an essay for @joincolossus

apparently my beliefs about building a consumer company put me squarely in the product dictator camp. reminded me of @nikunj's writing on why the best companies aren’t democracies. thanks @meetgranola, back to pixel wars 💚 ps: if you have strong product sense and an unhealthy

firing a cofounder or an employee right before their vesting date and clawing back their equity is a massive trust violation. behaviour like this should be surfaced and talked about to warn others, and people who do it should be effectively blacklisted from the ecosystem.

I worked at Haize Labs @haizelabs in the second half of 2024. My experience there was highly abusive and inappropriate. I’ve decided to come out and publicly document it here. It was an early-career, less-stable time in my life at the time; I was highly interested in AI safety

what i love about this video is how much it communicates without a single line of dialogue, and how much nuance it squeezes out of something as trivial as washing and ironing socks. the whole arc quietly says i pay attention to details, i get your culture, and i do my homework.

If you want to sell a service such as @Lovable globally and want to jump over VAT/tax everywhere is that OK and fair? Togheter with the journalist @emilhellerud we tracked Lovable receipts and found zero tax compliance(EU). Broadcasted on TV4.

totally agree. the signaling games in venture have gotten so strong that stage gets blurred on purpose. a lot of people market themselves as early when their risk exposure is basically zero. what makes it tricky is founders rarely push on the details, so the optics end up

I’m meeting more + more investors (angels & VCs) who tell founders that they invest at the seed (to get a meeting) but when you look at all the companies they brag about having been an investor in, they actually came in at Series B-D when ‘likelihood of success’ was much more
