@BestBuy @GeekSquad The GM at @BestBuy #617 has ensured that I will no longer shop at @BestBuy. He conceded that they probably should have cancelled the account but it was my fault that I didn't cancel the account before auto-renewal and that I didn't catch it in time for a full refund.

Scam from @Bestbuy @GeekSquad: They declared our laptop "dead" earlier this year then charged us $212.99 a few months later for an annual renewal. Now they won't provide me with a full refund since I didn't catch it within 30 days of the billing. #poorcustomerservice .#unethical.
