When this thing finally implodes, you can find me on #Threads. Feel very fortunate that there will still be someplace for me to shout into the void. Was getting a little worried. https://t.co/Iz60T7rdqN

If your school is cancelling athletic programs, then you’ve already failed as an AD. The least you could do is not go out of your way to be prick to the kids you failed on their way out.
I’m told that this video was taken moments before the Cal Baptist’s final dual. An interesting listen, to say the least.

One neat thing about being an attorney is that sometimes you find yourself working late not to prep for a big time trial, but to review AIA Document B108 w/HUD Amendment to AIA Document B108 (HUD-92408M) so you can complete HUD-91725M Opinion of Borrower’s Counsel. What a ride.

Dominate defense wins a championship and a RB is MVP. Folks, we might be back. #SuperBowl

One thing to remember about property taxes is that they are almost universally acknowledged as the “best” tax from an economic standpoint. So it stands to reason that our legislator would make it a priority to get rid of them and replace it with more sales taxes.

He almost bankrupted the state with a poorly thought out tax cut that was a shameless attempt to push more of the tax burden down to the middle class. And then, when the shit hit the fan, he bailed on his office and the State to take a made-up administrative appointment.

Just so you know, this what all of you “football has to be played in a dome” whiners sound like to the rest of us.
NFL really needs to do something to solve the crowd noise problem. Aside from hearing loss issues, nobody wants to watch a game where the players can’t communicate strategy to one another

I’m just glad Indiana didn’t get injured attempting to play against one of SEC team”blue chip” rosters that we’ve heard so much about.

Honestly, let’s do it.
In previous seasons, the #Chiefs have said that Travis Kelce could play emergency QB if necessary.

Emailed an attorney today and got a bounce back that he wouldn’t be in position to respond to emails today because they are preparing to shut their office down all of next week for Christmas. Not even mad. Unbelievable “let’s circle back after the first of the year” move.

This is objectively correct. Be careful what you wish for with a new stadium.
@Ubernerd232 @10PinHickel That won’t happen. People have their spots that they’ve been tailgating at for generations. The same seats that they’ve had season tickets for generations. Rules for tailgating are also going to change, the atmosphere and environment during games is going to be lost because

Actually incredibly on brand that KSHSAA took until 2025 to get around to inducting Barry Sanders to the Hall of Fame.

This is a really valuable tool for any attorneys working in the transactional world. Worth a look.
As a lawyer, one of the biggest issues is whether a term or provision of a contract is market or not. It kept me up at night. Not anymore. Using a team of expert legal professionals, I have finally created a comprehensive breakdown of what’s market. https://t.co/yzdGx26P7x
