I have just discovered a new estimation tool. I am going to call it "estimation darts". This is a prototype, as the number needs to be changed to Fibonacci sequence.

As long as you treat your estimates as guesses, then any method will do. Great graph showing how estimate buckets overlaps.
Story-point use is like cockroaches. Just when you think you've stomped on them all, 1,000 more come out from under the sink. There is no correlation between point values and development time once the number gets larger than 1. Here's an interesting chart from @wormbyte:
