I guess they are trying to avoid acknowledging the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, used in the EU. An objective measure of competence in foreign language knowledge. A level is designed for native language speakers.

@two_twits It was Shanty actually, nice coffee as well. I don’t know if the tarts are made in-house as they do look like the ones on Vittles Bakeshop’s Insta feed. Anyway, whoever makes them they are even better than the ones you buy in Lisbon bakeries but that’s just my opinion.
