Ahem. Canada Post remains the ONLY option for much of rural Canada to receive parcels and mail. Courier companies use CP for the final legs outside their main centres!
But remember: the issue isnāt whatās best for Canada Post. The issue is what a best for a) Canada Postās users, and b) Canada Postās funders, aka the taxpayers. We donāt actually need Canada Post any more: certainly not for parcels, where it is just one of many courier companies.
