Imagine the opportunity lost in HS not training over the inseason.
Just 2 or 3 days a week over that period. Over 20 weeks that’s 40-60 workouts, over 4yrs that’s 160-240 workouts, LOST. That’s like taking 1-2yrs COMPLETELY off of training.
