"I actually don't believe that I'm important enough for the council to even bother if I disappeared." *Jesco admits. He shrugs at Anakin. They walk slower now. Jesco looks at the other from the side.*

"Yeah because the council wouldn't believe that you are good enough to hunt me down. Like that would ever be a possibility. So they much rather will think that you're lying and you just are hiding the fact that you have locked me into the ship and forgotten of me."

anakin knew why the man laughed, and that only urged him to make the remark. “i would have no problem hunting, but we are lucky. i would grow tired and weary defending such easy prey. eventually you would end up on a plate and i would have to explain to the council.”

“understood.” anakin gave a nod not wanting to press any further questions. when he looked up they were closer than he realized. “this is it?” he questioned, unsure about the place.
"I'd rather not talk about that. It's a thing of my past." Jesco sighs but keeps his shoulders straight. Not long after, they reach a smaller town filled with factories. Steam hanging over the buildings like clouds as if it was about to rain.

"So first you call me fat and now you call me hot?" Jesco raised an eyebrow. "Hows that?" He giggled. The man lead the way trough the woods.

it’s not for everyone, anakin knew that and he wasn’t wrong there was a lot of pressure on him. he cracked a smile for his last remark. “i was only teasing. besides, lawbreakers tend to be in better shape.”
"I dont envy you. If I had all those pressure on me I'd probably vomit each morning. That's not a job for me." He admits with all honesty. "I haven't been caught breaking laws even if you think I look like a criminal."

anakin turned to him, the corner of his lips curved downward in a false frown — mocking expression. “don’t cry. i’m sure you aren’t the first jedi with a lawbreaking past. you certainly aren’t the first to envy me.”
"Force you're so funny do you hear me laughing about your jokes. Ha ha." He spat the words out like they were dirt on his tongue. "Look im the chosen one I can do mediocre jokes as well but I'm so special."

“that’s because it was you* that offered a nap. it makes you the lazy one.” anakin arched his brow wondering what business the other would have here. “here?” he paused. “were you running from the long arm of the law, jedi?” he moved aside for jesco to lead the way.
"At least I didn't call you lazy five seconds before that." Jesco rolled his eyes. "I know you didn't tell me that we're going here before, but unfortunately, I was here once already. Because of different reasons... Anyway, there's a smaller colony a few miles north."

“you talk about me wanting to get food, but you’re ready for a nap?” anakin chuckled, “though i suppose it isn’t a bad idea to find a settlement before nightfall.”
"Hungry already? We barley even did anything." Jesco crosses his arms. Then he shrugs. "I think we should get somewhere to rest soon. I've heard there are some colonies on the planet."

“you’re insulting me after you called yourself a hutt? don’t bring me into this.” anakin ran his hand over his robe to smooth out the creases than looked around the room at the nurses and patients that were eyeing them. ↷
"Of course I wouldn't know I'm not an asshole." Jesco says dryly. He lets down anakin, more careful than he deserved though. "Youre heavy for your size. Maybe you should do some less eating."

"You're calling me fat?" Jesco blushed a bit anger bubbling up in him. "Oh don't worry if I will drop you then in a pile of shit. That's where a asshole feels home right." The man huffs his eyes now small slits as he looks down on anakin.

anakin looked down as the nurses approached, chuckling while recalling jesco’s leap. “if that’s what you want to call it.” he mumbled the retort, then stepped aside for the nurses to take the twilek. it caught him by surprise when he was lifted. ↷
"I dont know what you're talking about I'm pretty sure I looked very smooth jumping over it." Jesco bluffs. He knew exactly how goofy he looked back then. A few worried nurses approached the men, taking the twilek into their tent. Jesco and anakin left outside.+
