4 years ago, I started an experiment to find a better way to deliver software. I was hopeful, but I never dreamt we would increase our output 4 fold while increasing quality, team morale and customer satisfaction. #Fireteam.

Excited to share a milestone: I’ve now taken three software products from concept all the way to generating sales and turning a profit. It's been a rewarding journey each time, and I’m looking forward to the next challenge.

I really HATE this meme. Tech solutions rarely have no product implications and often problems can be more easily solved at the product rather than technical level. Also, the level of arrogance is off the charts; most people laughing at this aren’t Einstiens or Oppenheimers🖕.

@allenholub @penguinvondoom "psychologically safe" term is a byproduct of a multi-billion dollar Agile industry. I don't recall, before this scam was deployed anyone talking about it. It somehow was not needed. We somehow worked well on the world's largest systems. What has changed in 20 years?.
