Please join me in welcoming the newest member of my retro computer collection - an SGI Indy!. It was a challenge to set up, to say the least. But now I get to play with IRIX on what feels like the slowest machine of them all. And yes, it runs Doom ;).

Why do I homelab? So I can netinstall IRIX 6.5.22 on an SGI Indy using a custom BOOTP and TFTP server running on a VM that pull installation data over NFS from my NAS :D.

So, 2024 is coming to an end. And what a year it was! Been to places, seen things, learned new tricks, taught new skills, had ups, had downs, been happy, been sad, been pissed off. Altogether, 12 months of a rollercoaster. Here’s to 2025. Bring. It. On. Happy new year!.
