Authorized service providers work directly with OEMs to provide repair services. This can also be in-person or mail-in service. Google partners with uBreakiFix to expand their reach while staying involved in the repair process.

In-house service is provided directly by the OEM. This can be either at a physical location or through mail-in service. Apple, for example, provides in-house service through Genius Bars.
