◘ Crypto forced sellers may add to bitcoin's supply in the shorter term as failed crypto exchanges e.g. Mount Gox and failed crypto financial platforms e.g. FTX and Celsius are beginning to pay back creditors and a percentage of these creditors may choose to sell.

What are the risks to this bullish outlook?. ◘ September is historically a negative month for risk assets including crypto. ◘ Macro events such as growing fears of a recession or war in the Middle East could derail markets.

◘ Institutional investors have not yet meaningfully entered crypto markets and ETF demand to date is mainly driven by HFs, retail and investment advisors. This may change in coming months e.g. large US banks like Morgan Stanley now allow bankers to market crypto ETFs to clients.

◘ Leverage has been washed out with two recent pullbacks of 20% one of 30% and funding rates have now turned negative. ◘ The introduction of bitcoin/#ethereum ETFs may amplify moves to the upside when momentum returns as they provide quick and easy access for investors.
