My biggest struggle with MCP is knowing whether my LLM is actually using tools or not. Cursor / Claude Code / VS Code are all bad at this.

My fun experiment for the day: I fed images of my camera output to ChatGPT and kept asking it for suggested improvements. It helped a surprising amount, especially with camera settings. I couldn’t take all its recommendations though—it really wanted me to get rid of my door :P

Also, probably not the best design when a client-side error makes your entire app disappear. And for those curious, it’s a combination of obfuscated React errors and JSON parsing errors.
