Here are some great exercises to help prevent shin pain.
From 2009 - 2016, I was the shin sufferer. In 2014 at it's worst it was:. • 'Shin splints'.• Which developed into stress fractures. • Then 8 weeks in a walking boot. Yuck. Years later, here's what worked for me vs. was a complete waste of time, effort, and money. 🧵👇.
