The use of goals to drive purpose, and teamwork and collaboration have never been more important. Time to embrace change, innovate with adaptive-authentic curriculum that meets the Why? Rather than always providing the what? When? And how? Students need relevance. Creativity!!

We should not assume that a lack of motivation is an intrinsic problem. As leaders, we should first evaluate whether or not we've created an environment that inspires our employees. In order to spark motivation, people must feel seen and valued.

We need to do better! Music education has far more value than most educators realise. It is time to address this lack of understanding.
