Around 1pm yesterday, NSW SES was activated by NSW Police to assist 3 bushwalkers trapped between two rising streams at Wattamolla. A drone was deployed to locate the group, before 3 NSW SES and 2 NSW Ambulance flood rescue operators made their way in. https://t.co/5SIgyvzmOD

Overnight NSW SES responded to +850 calls, 593 incidents and 34 Flood Rescues. Crews were kept busy across Sydney assisting many with flood rescues, even attending a tree lightning strike in Mt Druitt. Images captured across Sydney’s eastern and western suburbs.
