When I was in Dublin, saw the horse carriage going around the city and they looked like they were on the brink also. Poor old things.
Ryder the horse was forced to work in scathing heat to pull rich tourists around in Central Park. He collapsed, and the police/workers responded by yanking his collar and yelling at him to get back up. (Make sure to turn on sound.) Partly due to public outcry over stories like
