Was not a great shift day. Got a complaint email abt me from a patron today and ended up called to the manager’s office. 😭💀 Was at fault, so they’re rightfully upset tho. Hope I don’t blunder again and they don’t just fire me, I do enjoy the work even tho it’s rough.
