Oxford City Council is proposing a Greater Oxford Unitary encompassing my entire County Division. The Labour leadership aim to use the protected Green Belt land to site over 40,000 new homes, by 2040. This is a developer's charter masquerading as reform.

Henley & Thame MP Freddie van Mierlo has joined Horspath's fight to save the local post office. The 'outreach' post office which had operated in the Community Hub for three hours a week, closed in March, having provided a valuable service for those unable to travel further.

It's election time and the Conservatives are trying to shift the blame for their own failings. Over successive years central government has given local authorities a fraction of what it costs to maintain the roads and now they want to blame @LibDems @EdwardJDavey .
