If I told you that there is a website that has in writing what will happen in your future life and that of anyone else, the cure for cancer, the solution to all the mysteries that science faces... and absolutely anything else. Would you believe me? That page EXISTS 🧵👇

It might feel like Christmas is over, but it's only just begun. Because Christmas actually starts on the 25th December and ends on the 5th January. That's why there are Twelve Days of Christmas...

1. THREAD: THE TWITTER FILES: HOW TWITTER RIGGED THE COVID DEBATE – By censoring info that was true but inconvenient to U.S. govt. policy – By discrediting doctors and other experts who disagreed – By suppressing ordinary users, including some sharing the CDC’s *own data*

Here are 25 highly specific things you've noticed before, but which you didn't know also have very specific names. Starting with "craquelure" - those fine cracks and lines that appear on old paintings.

You'd probably believe me if I said this painting was done in 2022. Actually it's from 1566. So let's explore the work of Giuseppe Arcimboldo, an inventive painter centuries ahead of his time: (they get even stranger than this...)

Look. I think Biden got his right foot stuck in the toe clip. He saw people, stopped, started to shift his weight to stand, and the clip was stuck. I would have fallen too. I’m not a huge Biden fan, but this isn’t the proof of mental decline it looks like.

Americans voted with their feet during the pandemic. Strategas’ estimates of domestic migration shows Florida crushed the country with a net income gain of $37bn from new residents moving to FL. No other state was even close. CA & NY each lost more than $30bn. @ChristinaPushaw

I literally just realized that the "gig economy" is about getting gigs (Uber, Instacart, DoorDash, etc.) and not about the speed of the internet which connects us... #WhoKnew #YoureWelcome #TodayYearsOld

CDC reports another study that fails to control for vaccination rate differences between mask-wearers (higher vax rate) and non-mask wearers (lower). Vaccines were highly protective vs infection (pre-Omicron), so of course the mask group has lower rates. The vaccines work.🧵
A new @CDCMMWR study shows that people who reported always wearing masks or respirators in indoor public settings in California were less likely to test positive for #COVID19 compared with those who reported not wearing a face covering. Learn more. https://t.co/T8gaqiPHyI

Our Natural Immunity Study out today in JAMA: 👍🏼816 people 👍🏼99.3% with prior Covid had circulating antibodies (unvax) 👍🏼Durable for ~2yrs studied 👍🏼Lexicon of immune/non-imm >> vax/unvax 👍🏼Don't try to get Cov. But if you had it, imm more durable than vax https://t.co/mlR2GIhzOh
@MartyMakary et al in JAMA on enduring SARS-CoV-2 natch immunity: “Anti-spike SARS-CoV-2 RBD levels were observed after a positive COVID-19 test result up to 20mos, extending previous 6mo durability data” in 293/295 (99.3%) with confirmed covid-19 https://t.co/ebaBDpREaa
