Blue Sky is the grand tour to top gear- the same ingredients but somehow not quite as good. LinkedIn a more polished opportunity but less fun. I am sad to see twitter become what it is, but perhaps it was inevitable 🤔

Today my feed isn’t full of the same people. In a post Covid world there are fewer big bus launches, less people chasing great design or even just printed media. Franchising mean people are looking at costs rather than creativity. There are fewer bus companies

Twitter has become a very odd space in the last few months. Previously my feed would be full of buses, people at companies showing off their hard work or people I’d met at young bus managers demonstrating the good, bad and often hard work side of the industry.

New times ⏰ new routes ✔️ and improvements to services across Bedfordshire- September is looking like the busiest month yet!

It’s been busy at work preparing for service changes as well as the challenges that come with buses! On Sunday we had a GP Family Day out to Wicksteed Park- everyone had a great time in the sunshine 🌞 My parents came down too- Mum not keen to drive the bus home though..

217 was the first bus in the 2016 colours at work, so it’s fitting that it gets to be the first bus in the 2025 colour scheme. Usually found on service 42 or 73, it’s back in time for the schools in September
