Language like this regarding gluten free being a fad is damaging & doesn’t help with the awareness & understanding others have of why so many of us HAVE to follow a GF diet. It makes it seem like we have a choice. Fad = 'short lived' Coeliac Disease = gluten free for life

This time 17 years ago I woke up on a psychiatric hospital in the grips of anorexia on Christmas Day. This year I am waking up at home, with a very excited toddler and cooking a Christmas lunch for my family! Don’t lose hope, things can change!
