I don't like the break in concentration and focus. Plenty of time for people to talk after the round.
@theweeman77 Big fan of your work, Weeman but this is basically saying that F1 grid interviews are nonsense as well. Which of course is a huge attraction for many viewers. All subjective of course but as someone who played on tour and is now on the other side, golfers could be less precious.

Final rd 1980 @AusOpenGolf. David Graham in 2nd last group being interviewed on the 1st tee moments before tee off. Was even asked about putter letting him down previous day. This is akin to grid interviews for F1 drivers. Why don’t we do this now? When did golfers become divas?
